Anti-spamming software can help you filter unwanted e-mail by allowing you to filter on any part of a message, including

Filtering Spam with Outlook and Outlook Express
Microsoft® Outlook Express and Outlook have features called "Message Rules" that can help you filter out unwanted spam. Please visit Preventing Unwanted Spam , which explains using screen shots how to set up "Message Rules" in Outlook Express to filter spam. The same setup applies to Microsoft® Outlook except you would click on "Tools" then "Rules Wizard" instead of "Tools" then "Message Rules" as you would in Outlook Express.
